Accepting these terms

By using FilledCard you agree to these terms. FilledCard is currently in beta: features may change, and we may update these terms as the product evolves — the date below reflects the latest revision.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users aged 13–17 need parental or guardian consent. Accounts that misrepresent age may be removed.

Free for dancers

FilledCard is free for individual dancers. We do not charge dancers, and we do not process payments between users — no fees, escrow, or payment flows between dancers exist on the platform. Arrangements you make with partners, teachers, or studios happen outside FilledCard.

Community conduct

Be respectful. Do not impersonate other dancers, misrepresent competition history, harass other members, or use the platform to spam. When FilledCard facilitates meeting a potential partner or teacher, meetings arranged through the platform are to take place at registered studios.

Competition data and FC Score

Profiles and ratings are built from publicly published competition results, normalized and presented with context. The FC Score and any rankings shown are a FilledCard community signal — not an official ranking. FilledCard is an independent community platform — not affiliated with or endorsed by NDCA or USA Dance, and nothing on the platform represents a sanctioned rating or standing with any governing body.

We work to keep records accurate, but upstream sources contain errors and late corrections. If something on your profile is wrong, claim the profile to correct it or contact us.

Your content

Self-reported profile details remain yours. By posting them you give FilledCard permission to display them on the platform. You can edit or remove them at any time, and you are responsible for what you post.

Termination

You can stop using FilledCard and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk.

Disclaimers

FilledCard is provided as-is during beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilledCard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
