What FilledCard is

FilledCard is a community platform for competitive ballroom dancers. It aggregates publicly published competition results, presents them as dancer profiles and ratings, and helps dancers, teachers, and studios find each other. FilledCard is an independent community platform — not affiliated with or endorsed by NDCA or USA Dance.

Information we collect

Public competition records. Dancer names, placements, events, partnerships, and divisions as published by public competition result services. This information exists on FilledCard whether or not you have claimed your profile, the same way it exists on the public results sites it came from.

Account information. If you create an account we collect your email address and the profile details you choose to add — photo, bio, studio affiliation, availability, and similar self-reported fields. Self-reported details are labeled as such.

Usage information. Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use information

To operate dancer profiles, FC Score ratings, search, and discovery surfaces; to let you claim and correct your own profile; to notify you about activity that involves you; and to keep the platform safe. We do not sell personal information. We do not run payment flows between dancers — FilledCard is free for dancers.

Dancers under 18

FilledCard accounts require users to be at least 13 years old. Users aged 13–17 need parental or guardian consent to create an account. We do not knowingly collect accounts from children under 13; if you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Profiles of junior and youth competitors derived from public results receive additional display protections, and a parent or guardian may contact us at any time to review or request removal of a minor's profile information.

Your choices

You can claim your profile to correct or update it, adjust what self-reported information is visible, or contact us to request removal of your information from FilledCard. Requests go to hello@filledcard.com and we respond as quickly as we can during the beta.

Data retention and security

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on verified request. Public competition records may remain, as they reproduce information already published elsewhere. We use industry-standard hosting, encryption in transit, and access controls to protect stored data.
